Welcome to the "Les Trémières" holiday villa complex, in Bourcefranc -Charente-Maritime- an area renowned for its delicious oysters (Huîtres Marennes-Oléron).

We will be happy to welcome you to our 6 villa complex , granted 3***. Each villa can accomodate 4 to 6 people.

We offer one week lettings during high season and lettings on request during the low season.

- 31 m2 lounge / dining room with fully equipped kitchenette (gas cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, coloured TV with satellite channels).
- Private patio with garden furniture and barbecue.
- Bathroom with shower and double sink.
- Separate toilet.
- One 11 m2 bedroom with cupboard and king size bed (160cm x 200 cm).

First floor
-12 m2 mezzanine with cupboard and 2 single beds (80 cm wide).
- One 8 m2 bedroom with cupboard and bunk-beds.

- 4 persons’ villa - living space : around 60 m2
Same layout as above but without the 8 m2 upstairs bedroom.

- Swimming pool from April to September, residents’ access only.

Activities :

Depending on the season and subject to availability, we can offer outings at sea with line fishing, guided visits of oyster beds and an evening meal of "éclade de moules", a local speciality of barbecued mussels, held at oyster farmer’s premises.
